The ASEAN Single Window (ASW) is an environment that connects and integrates the National Single Windows (NSWs) of ASEAN Member States (AMS), thereby allowing the electronic exchange of data between the AMS. With effect from 1 Jan 2024, all AMS has implemented full transmission of electronic Form D.
SKA elektronik Form D merupakan data elektronik dari SKA Form D dalam skema ATIGA yang penyampaiannya dilakukan secara elektronik kepada negara pengimpor. SKA elektronik Form D ini memiliki kekuatan hukum dan fungsi yang sama serta dapat digunakan untuk memperoleh fasilitas pengurangan atau pembebasan tarif bea masuk di negara tujuan ekspor.
Electronic Certificate of Origin (e-Form D) means a Certificate of Origin (Form D) that is structured in accordance with the ATIGA e-Form D Process Specification and Message Implementation Guideline, and is transmitted electronically between Member States via the ASW in accordance with the security provisions specified in Article 9 of the PLF;
Article 10. The Certificate of Origin (Form D) shall be issued by the issuing authorities of the exporting Member State at the time of exportation or soon thereafter whenever the products to be exported can be considered originating in that Member State within the meaning of the CEPT-AFTA ROO.
The Certificate of Origin (Form D) shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance and must be submitted to the customs authorities of the importing Member State within that period.
