Jul 26, 2021 · Pada April 1999, Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan membebaskan Tommy Soeharto dari segala dakwaan. Setelah jaksa mengajukan banding di tingkat kasasi MA, Hakim Agung Syafiuddin akhirnya memvonis Tommy bersalah dengan hukuman kurungan 18 bulan penjara, ganti rugi Rp 30 miliar, dan denda Rp 10 juta pada 22 September 2000.
