No Longer Human by Dazai Osamu Yozo. Unlike popular opinions, I don't think his depression stemmed from being a victim of paedophile. I don't see any mention in the book he was violated and his actions, intent etc as a grown man suggested no trace of being shaped by such a history either. The translated word was "corrupted".
